This is a classic Longines watch from the 60's .
It is solid 18ct gold .Just serviced . It looks great and keeps excellent time .
The leather band is not original . My watchmaker tells me it originally had a gold mesh band which eventually got damaged as they often do. This band was originally attached directly to the watch but a very skillful jeweller/watchmaker was able to remove it and insert spring pins to enable it to use any band .
The face is 35mm diameter at the narrowest point and it weighs 46gm.
