What is it about sports administration ?

Cricket Australia has just decreed that at all levels of cricket men can play against the ladies by simply declaring they are now female . Sports administration just seems to attract and nurture incompetent, self important, clowns who are slaves to political correctness in the same way as dead dog attracts blowflies .
