With hype from the BoM and the media as forecast rainfall of up to 800 mm turn out to be 150mm at worst, a couple houses lost their roof and a few trees fell down .

It used to be "spokesman" then it became "spokesperson" but given I haven't heard a man in this role for yonks perhaps it should just be "spokeswoman" now.
