I think we should speed up the light rail and cars where they interact with phone obsessed pedestrians , not slow them down , and so give Darwinism a chance to work its magic.

It used to be "spokesman" then it became "spokesperson" but given I haven't heard a man in this role for yonks perhaps it should just be "spokeswoman" now.
